Online experience, called “Agroorenda”, is a kind of online message board for companies, willing to lease or rent agricultural equipment. It is multi-functional service for equipment owners, as well as for it’s renters.
Equipment owners are able to:
A/ Create company profile, setting location of equipment base;
B/ Post announcements with detailed equipment description - technical characteristics, photo, locations;
C/ Monitor equipment orders and requests in private area;
D/ Subscribe for notifications considering orders and requests for facilities that meet his equipment' characteristics - brands, categories, regions.
Renters are able to easily search for required techniques in two ways:
A/ By leaving online request with all required equipment’ characteristics;
B/ By exploring well-structured online catalog, applying different filters.
We have also developed CRM, providing wide range of opportunities for project administrator:
1) To import equipment base by uploading csv file;
2) To create, edit and delete catalog categories and subcategories;
3) To create, edit and delete individual characteristics’ ranges for each category;
4) To activate and block users profiles on web site;
5) To monitor announcements, placed on website by users.
As project administrator sets all characteristics for each category apart, tenants are able to find most suitable technique quickly and easily.
